A limited edition cocktail, since Rhubarb season has already left us for the year!
1 c. rhubarb
1 c. strawberries
Puree skinned rhubarb with ripe strawberries.
stir together over crushed ice:
1.5 oz 10 cane rum
1 oz cointreau
2 oz rhubarb-strawberry puree
dash orange juice
7-8 mint leaves
